Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than the usual wall of defensive boilerplate.

The short version
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking of any kind.
- The only personal information we collect from visitors is what you type into the contact form.
- We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
- You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it — whatever state or country you live in.
01What we collect
This website is operated by B&B Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation. We are the party responsible for the information described below.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your company name and which service you are interested in if you choose to provide them. These reach us as an email; this website keeps no visitor database.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, our server records the IP address the submission came from and the date and time, and includes them in the notification email so we can investigate spam and abuse. We also hold submitting IP addresses in memory for up to ten minutes in order to rate-limit the form. Beyond that, our hosting infrastructure keeps ordinary server logs (the IP address, time, and page requested) for security and operational purposes; they are rotated automatically and deleted within 30 days.
Information we handle for clients
If you become a client, the information and systems we work with during an engagement are governed by the written agreement between us and by any confidentiality terms in it — not by this policy. This policy covers this website only.
02Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising or social media pixels, no session recording, no device fingerprinting, and no cross-site tracking. Nothing is written to your browser’s local storage.
Because we do not track visitors, there is no tracking to opt out of, and browser privacy signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing to act on here: we treat every visitor the way those signals ask, by not tracking them. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before it does.
03Third parties
This site loads no third-party resources at all — no fonts, scripts, frames, or images from anyone else’s servers. Our typefaces are served from our own domain precisely so that visiting a page tells no one but us. Only two providers are involved in running the site:
- Our email provider. Contact form submissions are delivered to us as email and pass through our mail provider.
- Our hosting provider. The infrastructure serving this site processes requests in order to deliver and secure it.
If you ask about payment processing, we share your inquiry with our sister company, B&B Worldwide Enterprises LLC (same owners, separate company), which provides that service. Beyond that, we do not disclose your information to anyone else except where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
04How we use it
We use what you send us only to:
- reply to your inquiry and discuss the work you are asking about;
- provide, support, and invoice for services you engage us for;
- keep ordinary business records;
- protect the site from spam, abuse, and fraud; and
- comply with the law.
We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email to people who simply contacted us.
05How long we keep it
Contact form submissions stay in our email for as long as the inquiry or the client relationship makes them useful, and are then deleted in the ordinary course of clearing old mail — or sooner, if you ask. Rate-limiting IP addresses are discarded within ten minutes. Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.
06How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Submissions land in access-controlled mailboxes. Because the website stores nothing itself, there is no visitor database here to be breached.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
07Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- give you a copy in a portable format; or
- stop using it for a particular purpose.
Email hello@bbsystems.io and tell us what you want. We will respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need longer. We may need to verify your identity first — usually by replying from the address you contacted us from. There is no charge, and we will never treat you differently for asking.
08State privacy rights
Around twenty US states now have comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. Most apply only to businesses above size thresholds we do not meet.
Rather than sort out which ones technically bind us, we extend the rights in section 7 to everyone who asks, in any state or country.
For the avoidance of doubt: we do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process it for targeted advertising or profiling. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website. Because none of that happens, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to provide.
09Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
10Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you contact us from outside the US — including from the UK or the European Economic Area — your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws differ from those in your country. Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to a submission, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry you chose to send us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly.
