The founders

Operations and infrastructure, under one roof.

One of us comes from the software and payments side, the other from running servers where downtime wasn’t an option. Brandon has worked in IT since 2014 and Robert since 2016, both coming up through tier 2 and tier 3 technical roles — the people the front line escalates to when something is actually broken. Together, that’s more than twenty years of hands-on technical experience.

Brandon has worked in IT since 2014, and since 2020 in payments and point-of-sale technology, progressing from IT specialist to training manager to operations manager. His experience spans technical operations, software, payment systems, troubleshooting, deployments, payments compliance, and building the systems and processes that keep businesses running.

Robert Burton

Robert has worked in IT since 2016, including managing infrastructure as a Team Lead Administrator within a federal Linux server environment. His background is rooted in systems administration, server infrastructure, technical operations, and maintaining environments where reliability isn’t optional.

Since launching in 2022, we’ve built the company through experience, technical expertise, and results. Every client on an ongoing plan is still with us, and we’ve kept expanding the businesses and systems we support.

We started in 2022 as B&B Worldwide Enterprises LLC, which still provides our payment processing. In 2026 we formed B&B Systems, Inc. to bring the rest of what we know, from websites and custom software to infrastructure, to the same businesses, financial companies, restaurants, and other organizations.

We don’t sell through a pitch deck. We’re technical operators who know how these systems work, know how to fix them when they don’t, and built a business around doing exactly that.
